# What does Liquid Home mean by Pay as You Go (PAYG)?

Liquid Home is offering the flexibility of purchasing subscription data bundles on offer as required, without the need for a set subscription date. This can be done directly from zw.myLiquidHome.tech.

# What will happen to my monthly subscription?

You will no longer be required to pay for subscriptions on a preset date. As of 1 August 2019, your account will be migrated to the Pay As You Go platform. Instead of receiving an invoice for your subscription, purchasing any subscription data bundle will activate the PAYG service for 30 days, starting from the day of purchase.

# What will happen if I use up my subscription data before the 30-day validity period?

You will have the option to instantly purchase another subscription bundle or to top up with smaller data bundles. After you reach the 30-day validity period of your subscription data, however, you can only purchase another subscription bundle. Top-ups will not be possible.

# How do I purchase data for my account?

For instant access, you can purchase top-ups in any of the following ways:

NOTE: You must first purchase a Pay As You Go bundle before you can purchase a top-up.

On the myLiquid Home website,

  1. Click on Shop > Buy Data.
  2. Click BUY A TOP-UP against the service you would like to purchase data for.
  3. Select the Top-up package you want.
  4. Select your preferred method of purchase; EcocashPayNow or My BalanceNB: My Balance refers to credit that is in your Liquid Home account. This balance can be viewed on the  zw.myLiquidHome.tech Home Page once you log in.
  5. Follow prompts to complete the purchase.

On your myLiquid Home mobile app,

  1. Go to My AccountBuy a top-up.
  2. Click on the service you would like to purchase data for.
  3. Select your preferred method of purchase; EcocashPayNow or My Balance.
  4. Click the tick next to Purchase top-up to confirm.
  5. Follow prompts to complete the purchase.

# How do I buy a bundle

# What happens to my credit balance if I had already paid in advance?

You can convert it to data using option number 2 on the data purchasing process outlined above.

# Will I be able to activate PAYG on my account if I have an outstanding balance?

No. You will be required to settle any outstanding amount first. The same rule will apply at any point you would like to purchase data if there is an outstanding balance on your account (e.g. modem rental and insurance).

# I am a new customer; will I be automatically placed on a PAYG plan?

Yes. Please note all new accounts will have an activation fee. Please click here to view the applicable fee.

# What does Liquid Home mean by Data Rollover?

Liquid Home is adding a benefit to the PAYG offering, where unused data from your existing subscription bundle will remain valid for an additional 30 days after the expiration date. Please note that once you enter the rollover phase, the only possible additional purchase is a subscription bundle.

# Is my July subscription data going to rollover into the month of August?

Base subscription data will not rollover. However, any top-ups valid beyond 31 July 2019 will rollover into August and maintain their validity period.

# What is the start date of the rollover and is this now the permanent setup for my account?

Whilst PAYG will commence on 1 August 2019, data roll-over to the month of August will only apply to top-ups valid beyond 31 July 2019. Data purchased in the month of August will start rolling over in September.

# Will my Night Owl data also rollover?

Night Owl Data from the month of July will not rollover into August. However, Night Owl data purchased starting 1 August 2019 will be rolled over together with base subscription data.

# Will my data validity be extended if I buy additional data before my initial data expires?

Yes. The data bundle with the longer validity period between the existing and newly purchased data bundles will determine the new validity period for the combined data. However, this only applies to subscription data, not top-ups.

# Will I still pay for the modem rental and insurance? If yes, what is the billing cycle for that?

Yes. The modem rental and insurance will be due for payment on the 1st of each calendar month by default. You will be offered the opportunity to state your preferred billing date by the 20th of August 2019 if the 1st is not favourable. Accounts will be invoiced accordingly.

# Will Internet access be affected by unpaid modem and rental insurance fees?

In the event of payment default, Internet access will be possible through already-purchased data. However, it will not be possible to purchase additional data until the outstanding amount is settled.

# Do the old subscription charges apply?

# Can I purchase Night Owl on PAYG?

Yes, however, it can only be purchased as a bundled service with normal data. Please click here to view Night Owl bundled data prices. Please note, there are no top-ups for Night Owl.

# How will I track my data?

You can view your data status on myLiquid Home's My Services page (from any network) and myLiquid Home Home page, buy clicking the "Scroll for connection details" icon (whilst connected to your Liquid Home network).
