Currencies for Africa are shown with the exchange rate of 49 different countries. The strongest currency is located in Zimbabwe, which uses the US dollar as its currency. The weakest currency is the Guinean franc, 1 USD is equivalent to 7,573 Guinean franc. No countries have stronger currencies than the US dollar.
