There are easy-to-find links to the information that Customers need and the graphics are larger and brighter.The consumer-centric design, refreshed and simplified look combined with enhanced content and optimisation for mobile devices allows consumers to better interact with ZOL online by ensuring an easier and more engaging social experience for its customers.
One of the best future of the new website is the customer login section for account details review, statement or balance inquiry and can also be used to make bill payments.
To add icing on the cake ZOL Zimbabwe back in 2014 Introduced Free Call number for their Call Centre for Econet subscribers. This move comes as a major relief to their thousands of customers in Zimbabwe as they are now practically closer to their service provider
