Intresting Insights, In myZOL Mobile Application - Technomag

ZOL Zimbabwe, has recently launched the myZOL mobile application which is now accessible from Google Play and Apple Store though the app is serving a good purpose they may need to quickly relook into some few issues.

What we found interesting Top amongst the features was their customer support tab to submit ticket which they responded to back in reasonably good timing and their news segment feeds that quickly pops up,for obvious reasons as a media house, we would expect more insights from a local perspective, but still the idea is brilliant and something had to start.

Sweet Glitch!
Their ZOLspot which are now announced free will naturally be a hit for many people as freebies make the world go round for many and once one can get the map at the click of a button well, its more fun to it.

However a mapping glitch is claiming that ZOLSpot can be found even in the ocean,(incase you are shipping your cargo, please stay connected!)


Perfect Blending
When you create a mobile application it is meant to work in a mobile phone and the contact us details should be a click and dial not a copy and paste experience. 5 stars for getting this annoying mistake right to the ZOL Zimbabwe team, it completely makes it easy!

World Class Live Chat
IP based chats makes support much easier and when you find the support response in the next few minutes then they are serving a purpose. We deliberately tested the service just after midnight and to our surprise a ZOL support personnel was there to chat with us! World class!
 

Myzol application comes with a number of features that include My account, latest news, surveys, our products, knowledge base, social media, submit ticket, contact us as well as ZOLspot Finder.
