These are some of the disadvantages of paying your ZOL account via bank transfer - which will inconvenience you needlessly:
(i) Until and unless you provide it - there is no proof that you have paid because bank transfer details do not capture the payee’s ZOL ID to enable swift reconciliation of the accounts.
(ii) You have to send proof of payment (POP) to billing@teamzol.co.zw so that your account can be credited.
(iii) If bank transfer or bank deposit is your PREFERRED mode of transacting then please make sure that soon as you pay your bill, you send POP to billing@teamzol.co.zw and include your ZOL ID so that your account is credited as soon as possible.
