ZOL Zimbabwe is committed to raising the bar in all areas of service provision. We are humbled to have been recognised by the CCAZ (Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe) as the winner of the Service Excellence Award under the category ISP and IAP Sector.
Our CEO, Denny Marandure was recognized as the Customer Service Executive of the year in the ISP and IAP category. We certainly do not take this award for granted and are going to use it as a lighthouse to encourage us on and light our way as we continue to strive to deliver phenomenal Customer service to our valued customers. We must continue to work hard so as to prove worthy of these awards.
To quote one of our CEO’s favourite sayings, "Where better is expected, Good is not good."
ZOL is a small but growing company. We never let a day go by when we don't challenge ourselves to find ways to do things better. Customer Service is no exception. We realise that in this day and age where any player is able to match the product and pricing, the one differentiator will be the quality of our support function. Customer Service is quickly evolving into the niche product and consumable that will set an organisation apart from its competitors and ZOL Zimbabwe is determined to be a leading star player in that field.
Definitely defined as a work in progress and constantly evolving, we realise that customer service starts from the first interaction and becomes an ongoing dance with the customers doing everything in our power to keep them smiling. With our opening line being, "How can we provide you with excellent customer service today” we are committed to changing the way the
public deems customer service in this country, and triggering top of mind awareness when customers think of excellent service providers.
