# How does your Billing Cycle work?

WibroniX Capped services run on a Pay-As-You-Go billing cycle. The service will remain active and all you need to do is purchase top-up bundles to connect to the internet.

Residential and Office Unlimited Packages run on a calendar month billing cycle.

# I am one of your unlimited customers how do I get a Roku Box?

Roku Boxes will be made available at our retail shops nationwide. Details and procedures for your collection will be communicated on the 18th of March 2019. Terms and Conditions of collection will also be availed in the communication.

# What is Anniversary billing and how does it differ from my current plan?

With effect from 1 August 2019, Liquid Home will be changing all unlimited customer accounts to Anniversary Billing. In this Billing model, you will be billed for subscribed services on the same day of the month that corresponds to the day you were first activated. This makes tracking your billing cycle convenient and differs from Calendar-Month Billing which has a universal, preset billing date for all accounts.

# What is the Welcome Back Home Promotion?

Liquid Home is offering free data on select packages to inactive FibroniX and WibroniX customers who reactivate their accounts. Reactivating customers on unlimited packages will get a free month of service, while those on pay-as-you-go packages will get bonus data. Qualifying Pay-as-you-go packages will start from.

  1. FibroniX Lite 40GB and above.
  2. WibroniX 25GB and above.

NB: Inactive customers refer to customers who have not subscribed to our retail internet services for ninety (90) days or more.

# Data Transfer Parameters

  • Minimum transfer of a 1 Gig.

  • Maximum transfer of 10 Gig per transaction.

  • Maximum transfer of 20 Gig per account (full month value).

  • Maximum of 2 transfers per month per account.

  • Data maintains validity of the client account it will be transferred from or received (whichever is the furthest).

  • Customer security when transacting (addition of a one-time pin to authorize transfer of data).

  • Data cannot be transferred from unlimited services to any other client accounts.

  • Data transfer is exclusive to only PAYG customers.

  • Upon successful data transfer, associated client accounts will be notified via email.

  • Data can only be transferred to active customer accounts (active within 60 days or less).

# Which internet package changes qualify for the self-service upgrade?

  1. Moving from a Pay As You Go package to an unlimited one.
  2. Moving between unlimited packages.

# What happens to my Pay As You Go data when I upgrade to an unlimited package?

Any unutilized data will be forfeited. It is best practice to align service change times with the expiration of the current bundle to prevent loss of data.

# What form of payment can we use in the meantime?

If you are on USD, you may continue to purchase the LIT USD bundles. If you are on ZWL, you can purchase the LIT USD Bonus Bundles for your account by:

  1. Select Shop.
  2. Select Buy USD Bundle Promotion Data.
  3. Follow the prompts.

If you are on an unlimited package, you will remain active until the currency changeover is completed.
