To upgrade, please ensure you have enough credit in your account for the intended upgrade, then follow the following steps:

From the navigation menu, click My Account > My Package Changes.

Click Add upgrade.

Click Upgrade against the package you wish to upgrade from.

Select the service you want to upgrade to and click “Proceed”. A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email and on SMS.

A confirmation message of the upgrade will be displayed on your screen.
