Forgotten your password and you need a reset? No worries follow the steps below:

On the myLiquid Home website,

  1. Click the LOGIN button.
  2. Click the Forgot Password? link.
  3. Fill in the form.
  4. Click RESET to confirm.

On your myLiquid Home mobile app,

  1. Select the menu icon at the top left of the screen.
  2. Select My Account.
  3. Select forgot.
  4. Fill in the form.
  5. Select the tick at the top right of the screen to confirm.

NOTE: After you change your password all your FibroniX on the Go users will be disabled and require re-enabling.
