# Do I need to visit Liquid Home to convert my account to the new ZiG currency?

No, you do not need to visit Liquid Home. Liquid Home will convert all Liquid Home ZWL accounts to the new ZiG currency.

# Is my LIT account number going to change after the currency switchover?

No, your LIT account number will remain the same.

# I am failing to buy data using MyLiquid Home?

# I'm failing to convert my balance to data, yet I funded my account before ZWL payments suspensions?

Kindly contact us on 08677 123 123 with your LIT account number ready and we will credit your account with the equivalent data within 24 hours.

# Has the validity period for PAYG (Pay As You Go) changed?

Yes, please be advised that all data that is 10 Gig or less, is now valid for 14 days (7 + 7 days rollover), and above 10Gig is valid for 30 days (15 +15 days rollover) effective 10 April 2024.

# What will happen to invoices already sent in ZWL?

Please disregard the April 2024 invoices that were issued in ZWL currency. We will be sending you ZiG denominated invoices that align with the new monetary policy to reflect the current changes and ensure compliance.

Please note that customers who had already paid and cleared their April bills will not be billed again.

# What can I expect to see on my invoice?

Your April invoice will be prorated and split into two sections as follows:

  1. For the period 1 to 10 April 2024, we will use the ZWL price converted into ZiG.
  2. For the period 11 to 30 April 2024, we will apply the new ZiG prices approved by the regulator.

# When are suspensions going to be done?

Your account will remain active until invoicing in the new currency has been completed. Kindly settle it within 7 days of receipt however, any usage during this period will need to be settled.

# What form of payment can we use in the meantime?

If you are on USD, you may continue to purchase the LIT USD bundles. If you are on ZWL, you can purchase the LIT USD Bonus Bundles for your account by:

  1. Select Shop.
  2. Select Buy USD Bundle Promotion Data.
  3. Follow the prompts.

If you are on an unlimited package, you will remain active until the currency changeover is completed.

# I do not have a USD account, how can I be assisted?

You can request for conversion of your Zimbabwean Dollars (ZWL) denominated account to United States Dollars (USD) denominated account. To facilitate this, email zw-billing@liquid.tech  and include the following information: 

  • • A clear statement expressing your interest to convert your Zimbabwean Dollars (ZWL) denominated to United States Dollars (USD) denominated account.
  • • Full Name .
  • • Customer ID.
  • • Effective Date for the Conversion.

Our Billing team will evaluate and process the request. You will be notified once the conversion has been successfully executed.

# Can my ZWL denominated account be converted to USD after the 1st of the month?

Yes, your account can be converted. Kindly contact us with your request on zw-billing@liquid.tech.

# What will happen to the ZWL balance in my account?

All ZWL amounts shall be converted to ZiG.

# What is the reason for the price adjustment?

Following the currency changeover to ZiG, the regulator POTRAZ, approved a new ZiG tariff for all our Fibronix and WibroniX services. This new tariff will allow us to continue providing you with the best possible service.
