# What is the LIT USD Bundle Promotion?

This is a Liquid Home USD bundle promotion which is offering a host of benefits for customers paying in USD. The Benefits to be enjoyed include YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp & Netflix bundles.

# How long will the promotion run for?

The promotion shall run for a period of three (3) months from the 27th of September 2022 to the 26th of December 2022.

# How do I access the promotion if my current subscription is in USD?

You will be able to access the promotional bundles via myLiquid Home Application or in store.

# How do I access the promotion if my current subscription is in ZWL?

The promotion is only available to customers paying in USD therefore you will need to change your account from a ZWL account to a USD promotional account.

# How do I move to a USD promotional account?

  1. You will be required to send an email to zw-usd-billing@liquid.tech expressing your interest in the promotion and desired start date or register via our website here.
  2. Our Liquid Home billing team will create your USD promotional account and a confirmation email with the details of the account will be sent to you.
  3. Log out of your MyLiquid Home Application and clear all cookies and data from all your devices. Thereafter log into MyLiquid Home application again using your ZWL credentials, select the new service and start purchasing your preferred bundle to enjoy the promotion.
In store option
In store assistance will also be available for payments, or migration of your account from ZWL to a USD promotional account.

 

# Will I need a LIT promotional account created?

Yes, a LIT promotional account will be required.

# Will I be required to sign a new Service Order form?

No, if you already have an existing account with Liquid Home.

# Will I be required to keep paying in USD after the promotion period?

You will not be required to continue using the promotional account after the promotion ends. However, you can email us on zw-usd-billing@liquid.tech should you wish to migrate your account to a USD paying account.

Please take note the promotional bundles will no longer be available after the promotion ends.

# How do I migrate back to ZWL?

Should you wish to migrate your services back to ZWL, you will be required to send a request to zw-usd-billing@liquid.tech.

# What is the validity period of the promotional bundle?

The promotional bundle is valid for 15 days and 15 days roll over.

# Where can I enjoy this promotional bundle?

The promotional bundles are exclusively for customers on Fibronix and WiBroniX service offerings. To see which bundle you can enjoy click here.

# How can I purchase the USD bundle?

Customers currently paying in USD

No registration is needed, you can access the USD bundle on myLiquid Home Application, use our current payment channels or visit our shops for cash payments.

Customers on a ZWL account

Once registered for the promotion, you can also access the USD bundle on myLiquid Home Application, use our current payment channels or visit our shops for cash payments.

# Will I still be able to use my promotional bundle after my main data depletes or expires?

You will not be able to use your promotional bundle when your main data bundle is exhausted. The main data bundle needs to be active for you to access the promotional bundle.

# Does the bundle roll-over?

Yes, the remaining data can be rolled over by purchasing a new promotional bundle.

# Will data be automatically credited when I make a payment?

No, data will not automatically credit when you make a payment. The payment you make will credit your promotional account balance, and you will be required to convert the funds in your account to a data bundle of your choice via the myliquid Home Application.

# How do I track my promotional bundle usage for the various applications?

You can view your remaining data balance, expiry date and usage report on the myLiquid Home Application.

# Can I transfer the data bundle in-between accounts?

No, data cannot be transferred in-between accounts.

# How can I get help if the incorrect bundle is purchased?

Once you have selected a bundle of your choice, we will not be able to reverse the transaction.

# Can I access the bundle on AfricaHub/FibroniX on the GO?

Yes, you can use the bundle on AfricaHub / FibroniX on the Go.

# What happens when I no longer want to enjoy this promotion?

Opting out requires a one-month notice which should be communicated via email to zw-usd-billing@liquid.tech. Please note that there will be no refund processing for this promotion.
